All Required Transaction
Information is collected via our internal Web Servers through
Access Logs and used only by our agents, delivery services and
specific Preferredticket.com employees. We collect Required
Transaction Information in order to process user purchases,
transactions, completions and support of the current user
activities. The information collected includes: physical
contact information, online contact information, and
demographic data and purchase information.
Telephone
Credit Card Processing All ticket orders and customer
service calls are digitally recorded and archived for one (1)
year from the call date. The recorded call is retrievable and
admissible in court. An additional fee may be assessed for all
phone ticket sale orders. Telephone sales are verified by
having the customer repeat his/her name and the day's date as
well as verbally to verify the details of the reservation they
are about to make, including the charge information and
cancellation policy. This ensures a quality ticket purchase
and the complete understanding of the terms and conditions of
the sale by the customer.
